We understand that you’ve put your health and fitness on the back burner because of your busy schedule and frustrations with other gyms. That’s why our knowledgeable and dedicated coaches are here to provide you with efficient, effective, and simple-to-follow customized programs that will give you results and make Zen the best part of your day.
The first step to working with us is booking your Onboarding Session. In this 45-minute long session we'll start off by reviewing your exercise, injury and health history. We'll also discuss your goals, because we want to know how best to serve you! After this brief discussion we'll get right to work in the gym.
We strongly believe that the best way for us as coaches to learn about you as a potential client is to just get right to training. After we finish this first workout together we'll spend a few minutes laying out the plan that we think will be most successful in moving you towards your goals.
STRONG is our most popular program. In these hour long small-group personal training sessions you'll follow an exercise program customized just for you. We cap these sessions at 6 people, which ensures you'll receive lots of attention and guidance from your coach.
These sessions blend the individualization and attention to detail people expect from personal training, but with a strong community feel baked right in. You'll be training right alongside other hardworking, motivated, and friendly people.
Our goal with STRONG is to provide you with a high quality personal training experience at a fraction of the price!
SWEAT is our newest addition to the gym. These 30-minute long cardio sessions are our alternative to traditional spin classes. SWEAT sessions involve a team warm-up, high-intensity variable interval training, and a group stretch at the end of each session.
We plan each of these sessions out weeks ahead of time so that they build on top of one another.
Over time you'll become more aerobically fit, better conditioned, leaner, and just all around healthier.
